A champagne dinner with G.H. Mumm
Creative and off-the-wall gastronomic offerings are at the core of QT’s culinary scene – often amplified with trademark tableside theatrics, and best served with crisp celebratory champagne.
This September, we’re tripling the wow factor and bringing all three QT culinary maestros together in one kitchen for the collaboration of the year at QT Queenstown’s Bazaar Interactive Marketplace – and you’re on the invite list.
QT Queenstown’s Chef Ryan Henley of Lil Red pop-up fame welcomes his clever counterparts from QT Auckland and QT Wellington – Esther’s Chef Sean Connolly bringing tastes of the Med by way of the City of Sails; and hailing from two-hatted Hippopotamus, Chef Jiwon Do delivering all the ‘ooh la la’ you can handle straight from the creative capital.
Each putting their best food forward, they’ll collectively treat you to three snacks and three courses. Collaborative yet unable to ignore the element competition, each Chef is sure to dazzle and delight.
Coming to the party as your co-host with the most is G.H. Mumm, pouring bubbly libations to complement each course from their impressive portfolio of champagne and still wines from local sister label Church Road.
Enjoy live music, mingling and culinary drama, plus a chance to meet QT’s chefs and G.H. Mumm’s champagne connoisseurs – it’s an evening not to be missed.
