Save The Maitai Valley Public Meeting

Last month Council received the Maitahi-Bayview Private Plan Change Request to re-zone approximately 287 hectares of land located within the lower Maitai Valley (Kaka Valley along Botanical Hill and Malvern Hill) in order to build 750 houses.

Come along and hear what has happened so far, what is being proposed and share your thoughts on how we can all help protect the open space of the Maitai Valley for everyone.
