The Heart’s Journey is a series of short stay experiences taking place at TST Studio in Titirangi. The participants get to escape from the hustle and bustle of life, and immerse themselves in a tranquil setting surrounded by majestic kauri woods. The aim of the experience is to promote well-being & mindfulness, activities include meditation practices, nature walk, learning about the history of the area, creative expression workshops etc.
Theme: Natural Remedy
This retreat will focus on using native plants for healing and general wellbeing. The participants will arrive and spend a night at our beautiful retreat centre. We will start the next day (Sunday) with a meditation practice, follow by a nature walk & some outdoor activities. Participants will also get to know about various native herbs. In the afternoon, there will be a workshop and demonstration on the various use of native herbs and essential oils. The event will conclude around 4:30pm. Introductions will be given to the meditation practice, so don’t worry if you haven’t tried meditation in your life! Medium level of fitness is required for the walk (2 hours return, easy pace).*
For accommodation, we offer the choices of two deluxe double rooms, a twin-beds room, and also the lounge sleepover option. If you would like to extend your stay please notify us when making a booking, and we will notify you if the room is available.
Pricing includes one night stay at our retreat centre, breakfast & morning/afternoon teas.
Extra: $30pp for the vegetarian lunch.
