Clearing any trapped emotions within the Root chakra area.
Releasing inner feelings of distrust within relationships, family dynamics, in life, in the universe and within the self.
Distrust can often look like control in our outer experience, where do you feel like you need to control, partners, family, friends, experiences + outcomes? Would it feel good to be able to relinquish the control and trust that you are safe, you are secure, that life can be wonderful if we are willing to allow and surrender to the unknown, with Deep Trust.
When we feel we must control it is usually because we have had past challenges or traumas with feeling out of control or unsafe, especially stemming back to childhood.
When we go back to these emotional times through Breathwork and meditation we are able to perceive these instances from a higher perspective, shift the energy and show that version of ourselves the safety and security we so very much needed and deserved.
Trust is a big topic coming up for many as our whole world is in a state of chaos, how can we trust in a higher timeline, that everything is always working out for us, even through challenges.
Clearing old ancestral and Lineage fears around being unsafe, a lack of security + blocks to trusting. Sometimes these programmes + beliefs that we run, are not actually our own beliefs, we have the power through awareness and then deep somatic release to let these beliefs go, to empty the backpack that was passed on to us via our family lineage.
Releasing cords to past challenges, trauma or relationships where you have felt emotionally or verbally disempowered + unsafe.
With so many changes going on in our external world it's challenging to find our grounding, balance and sense of inner peace.
There is zero previous experience required and we will create and hold an Infinitely loving space for all that want to join us.
