Experimenting With Mark Making & Book Binding Workshop

In this class you will:

Play and experiment with media, techniques and papers to build a range of unique personal marks and textures.

Use these discoveries to respond to a subject to create personal artwork, both realist and abstract.
Look at how to compose, edit and correct with media, textures and collage.

Make simple bound and unbound books for play diaries as well as taking them into new directions as art objects.

All basic materials provided.

One hour lunch - bring a packed lunch or explore the local Te Aro cafes.
