F.A.W.C! An Elemental Journey

An evening to remember, celebrating the launch of Elephant Hill’s summer offering with their special SEA EARTH & STONE wines, we invite you to experience an immersive and interactive journey of the elements. This out-of-the ordinary wine and food event will delight all your senses.

As you navigate around the modern architectural spaces at Elephant Hill, you’ll move through each of the elements while enjoying bespoke dishes created by award-winning Chef James Beck. You'll also be visually inspired by thought-provoking contemporary art from Ahuriri Contemporary Gallery.

Designed to complement and reflect the three distinctive, local vineyard characteristics of Elephant Hill’s SEA EARTH & STONE wines, this elemental three-course journey will be a memorable way to discover and experience what is unique from Elephant Hill, on the plate and in a glass.

Ticket price includes three dishes designed and made by Chef James Beck, wine matches for each of the elements, art installation and an unforgettable interactive experience. Wine purchases by-the-glass and bottle will also be available.

F.A.W.C! is a series of exceptional food and wine experiences set in stunning locations in Hawke’s Bay. Running twice a year, F.A.W.C! is a chance to get up close and personal with chefs and food producers, winemakers and the clever people that make up the New Zealand food and wine scene. F.A.W.C! Summer Series runs over November 4-13.
