First Tuesday - Chamber Groups from Saint Kentigern College

Our next First Tuesday concert is on August 2 at 12.10pm. We are delighted that some of the top chamber groups from Saint Kentigern College’s Music Department will perform for us, in preparation for their participation in the NZCT Chamber Music Contest, where they have been very successful in having at least one group in the National semifinals and finals the last few years.

The chamber groups include GoodFellas, a percussion quartet featuring two pianos, the septet LE JARDIN FEERIQUE, the clarinet trio Amallegro, and Trio Chicago, who won the Auckland and Northern Regional Finals this year. They will perform music by Barboudakis, Ravel, Muczynski and Paul Schoenfeld.
