MEET THE PANEL

Kay Martin - Investment Adviser
Kay joined Craigs Investment Partners in December 2017, working in Private Wealth before being appointed as a Portfolio Review Adviser in 2021. Kay has extensive experience in the financial services industry, working for leading investment banks and funds management firms in the United Kingdom and New Zealand. Kay is part of our specialist team advising on all aspects of savings products, KiwiSaver and UK Pension Transfers. She is passionate about working with clients to enable them to achieve their long-term financial objectives.

Thomas Smallridge - Investment Adviser
Thomas Smallridge joined Craigs Investment Partners in April 2018, after working as a Senior Private Wealth Assistant he became a Financial Adviser (FA) in October 2021. Prior to Craigs, Thomas worked as a Loans Administrator for a mortgage advisory firm. Thomas is a part of our KiwiSaver, Super and Savings team, specialising in portfolio management for KiwiSaver and savings products. He enjoys building close relationships with his clients to ascertain how he may be best of service to help them achieve their financial goals.

Renee Cadenhead - Investment Adviser
Renee Joined Craigs Investment Partners in 2019 as a Private Wealth Assistant in our New Plymouth branch. She then took a role as a Portfolio Review Adviser, also in New Plymouth.
Prior to Craigs, Renee completed an MBA after working for several years as a Geoscientist in the Energy Industry.Renee is part of our specialist Superannuation and Savings team dealing with all aspects of KiwiSaver and our savings products.Renee holds the following qualifications:
1. Certificate of Authorisation AFA (2020)
2. Master of Management, Sauder School of Business, University of British Columbia (2016)
3. Bachelor of Science (Geology), Victoria University (2014)
