Learn to cook a variety of tasty Authentic Indian Vegetarian dishes and sides in this fun, hands-on practical course. Kalpana will teach you simple and practical ways to create amazing and delicious food, as well as, some creative variations you can experiment with. You will learn to create dishes such as Chickpea and Spinach curry, Rotis & Poppadums, Pickles, Chutneys and snacks, as well as, Dhokla and Bhajya
Note: $40 is payable on the 1st night to the Tutor, cash is acceptable, this covers all ingredients for the 3 week course.
