Welcome to a lovely morning of yoga, for beginners.
Here you will learn about the origin of yoga and the foundation of the practise.
We will go through essential asanas (postures), where we focus on alignment of the body and connection to the breath. We will also explore meditation and pranayama (breathing technique). All to increase awareness and promote well-being in our lives.
After this morning you will have an idea what yoga is about and a feel for it it's something for you to pursue.
This class is open to everyone! Yoga can be practised by every body.
We can work with, or around, different ailments or injuries. Get in touch for a chat.
The venue on Kina Beach Road is a beautiful spacious hall with big windows, making it a wonderful place to spend a peaceful morning.
