Iris Show

A dazzling array of irises on display in colours that will have you wondering what combinations are around the corner. Display will be mostly tall bearded irises but there will be smaller irises and maybe the beautiful Pacific Coast iris.

Entry is free, but you will not be able to resist buying a raffle ticket or two.

Anyone is welcome to exhibit an iris (no entry fee) they have grown in their garden.
Joining the NZ Iris Society costs $30-35 and can be arranged when entering an iris for exhibition.

Plant sales tables selling different types of irises will tempt anyone who has a spare spot in the garden. Also on sale will be fertiliser for growing irises, also suitable for peas, beans and strawberries- only $5 per kg.

Iris members will be available to answer any questions regarding growing irises or joining the NZ Iris Society.
