With the warmth of summer upon us, Wild Stillness Retreats are delighted to share with you our latest offering - the Summer Glow Women’s Retreat! With an intimate group size of only 14 women for a truly authentic and connected experience.
Bask in the glow of summer’s end as we soak in a weekend of pure goodness under summer skies and the full moon in Colville, Northern Coromandel. Enjoy getting away from it all and immerse yourself in the present moment, connect to your body and tap into the incredible energy of women coming together. This weekend offers daily yoga classes, meditation, yoga nidra, delicious organic vegetarian food and much more, all in the tranquil setting of the Mahamudra Centre. Our Summer Glow retreat will celebrate the glow within and energise your soul for the colder days ahead.
The end of summer is such an important time to take stock, to prepare yourself for the winter and fill your reserves with warmth, joy and abundance. Our weekend retreat offers just that, as we embrace breath and movement balanced with relaxing time in nature and divine kai. Let’s enjoy all that is beautiful within us and around us – that gorgeous Summer Glow.
The Summer Glow Retreat Programme Includes:
- Daily sunrise yoga
- Evening Yin yoga
- Guided meditations
- Full Moon circle
- Open Dance
- Relaxing Yoga Nidra
- Nourishing vegetarian meals and snacks

This retreat is open to women* 15 years and older**. No previous experience of yoga or meditation necessary.
*All individuals identifying as female and/or non-binary welcomed.
**Vaccine passes required as per Mahamudra Centre and governmental requirements.
