One of the most important issues in employment is remuneration. There is a legal responsibility for employers to pay in accordance with various employment legislation correctly and on time. We provide participants with a greater understanding of the legislation behind the management of wages and knowledge that will facilitate manual checking when an entitlement is questioned by an employee.
This course provides participants with an understanding of lawful payroll procedures relating to the employment relationship and its various legislative requirements.
