Women's Open Polo Tournament Final

Mystery Creek Polo Club will be hosting its annual Women’s Open Tournament including a debut secondary schools competition.

Come and enjoy this free outdoor event with family and friends while watching some competitive polo, we encourage you to experience the finale on Sunday.

Bring a picnic blanket or set up a gazebo and enjoy a BYO picnic while watching the fabulous entertainment before you!

Mystery Creek Polo Club’s annual Women’s Open Tournament was founded by Nina Clarkin (currently ranked no1 female player in the world). This tournament continues year on year to surpass all expectations with record entries from both New Zealand and (usually) International players.
This year we will also witness the next young elite players enjoy their first competitive tournament.

9:00am – 5:30pm (10 pool qualifying games cont…)
Sunday 13th March
9:00am-10:00am playoff for 9th and 10th place
10:30am-11:30am playoff for 7th and 8th
12:00noon-1:00pm playoff for Plate Final
1:30pm-2:30pm Bowl Final
3:00pm-4:00pm Subsidiary Final
4:30pm-5:30pm Grand Final
6:00pm-7:15pm Prize Giving

COVID protocols will be updated closer to event to stay aligned with government regulations. Due to the size of the polo area we have plenty of room to distance large crowds around the pitch.

- Extra toilets will be located around the premises.
- Coffee and some food will be available (it’s highly encouraged)
