Seven expert speakers will each present a 7-minute talk on subjects that dip into science, the arts and culture.

Te Rūnaka o Ōtākou will officially open the Wild Dunedin Festival in the Hutton Theatre at 5.30pm, followed by 7x7 Wild Talks.

Seven expert speakers will each present a 7-minute talk with a connection to the whenua (earth/soil). Subjects dip into science, arts and culture. Damian Newall from Radio Breeze will be the host and with help from the audience will choose the winning speaker.

We are serious about the time allowed, so it's a race for those competing to get their story across in the most effective way in just seven minutes.
