Tūhura Otago Museum is proud to celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week 2023.
If stress and anxiety have you constantly on edge and unable to feel truly present, mindfulness meditation may help you manage those feelings.
Join us for a free introductory workshop led by Dave McQuillan. You will learn how to apply breathing and everyday mindfulness interventions to manage an overactive stress response, reducing negative effects like anxiety, wind-up, and rumination.
