After our first hugely successful F.A.W.C! Ginstronomy dinner, we are back and in conjunction with The National Distillery Company, to present an evening of gin and fine dining.
Join us in as four course food and gin experience where each dish will be matched to its own unique gin cocktail.
Blair from The National Distillery Company will be on hand to introduce and share the story of each gin, while the team from Hygge will share the tale of each dish to match. By the fire and by the sea, this is an unmatched and special experience.
Ticket price includes four course meal made from local produce, four matching local, iconic and world class gins. Free gin sampler on arrival.
F.A.W.C! is a series of exceptional food and wine experiences set in stunning locations in Hawke’s Bay. Running twice a year, F.A.W.C! is a chance to get up close and personal with chefs and food producers, wine makers and the clever people that make up the New Zealand food and wine scene. F.A.W.C! Winter Series runs every weekend during June.
