International preserving legend and author of three preserving publications, Kylee Newton also known as The Modern Preserver, will introduce you to four different fermenting techniques in this four-part workshop series.
Kylee is a preserver, cook, writer and educator. She founded the preserving company Newton & Pott, a brand dedicated to the art of making handmade, small-batch jams, pickles, chutneys and ferments.
