The Give the Best Life Charity Auction, is the Brain Child of Kathy Hutchison, who In January 2021was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma, which is an incurable blood cancer. After many highly invasive procedures, she is now thankfully in remission.

With this respite, she wanted to raise funds for one of the organizations that have given her and many others like her so much support now and into the future

To this end she has canvased and been provided support from many organisations with fantastic donations for the Auction, raffles and mystery envelopes. Including a Air New Zealand mystery weekend valued at $1400, weekend accommodation, a wellington adventure package and more.

While this is an Auction, we can promise you plenty of time to enjoy the company of your friends or guests and the live entertainment from Short Term Memory. There are some great Blind Auctions, Raffles and Mystery Envelopes as well

Nibbles Provided

All Auction proceeds and ticket profits will be donated to Leukemia and Blood Cancer

The Leukemia & Blood Cancer non-profit organization is dedicated to raising cancer awareness and providing ongoing patient and carer support. Their research is important, as it helps patients get better access to treatments and medicines. They also provide support by way of telephone, arranged counseling sessions, private consultations, cancer support groups and specialised workshops to name a few. They ensure patients aren't just a number!

Blood cancer affects thousands of New Zealanders every year. Despite significant progress in recent times, there is still a long way to go in our fight. Government funding is limited, and therefore the ongoing support of private individuals and organizations ensures this important cancer support work continues.
