The Auckland Diamond Way Buddhist Centre is delighted to welcome Lama Ole Nydahl's long-time student, Sarah Primus to Auckland. Sarah will give a public lecture on Meditation at our centre in Grey Lynn on Sunday 12th February 2023 at 2pm.

If you are interested to learn more about Buddhist meditation this is a perfect opportunity. Both beginners and those with more experience are welcome. At the end of the lecture we invite you to take part in a short guided meditation and Sarah will also be available to answer questions.

About the teacher:
Sarah took refuge in 1996, when she was 17 years old. She spent several years living in both Europe and Asia and started to teach in 2013. Since that time she has given lectures in Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, USA, Canada, Iceland, Spain, Bulgaria, Greece, Hungary, Germany, Sweden, Austria, Czechia, Poland and Slovakia. Sarah has a 15 year old son. Her husband and she live in both the Perth and Budapest Buddhist centres. She is a transcriptionist and work remotely, typing English interviews.

Diamond Way Buddhism Auckland is part of an international network of more than 600 meditation centres in over 50 countries following the Karma Kagyu tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. The centres were founded and are directed by Lama Ole Nydahl according to the wishes of the 16th Karmapa.

Our centres consist of people and families working full-time jobs, incorporating Diamond Way Buddhism teachings and meditation into their (often busy!) daily lives. In our Auckland Centre newbies are always welcome for free guided meditation every week, and once a month we hold an Introduction to Buddhism public talk before the guided meditation.
