The annual Christmas Show returns this year with another spectacular display of talent and entertainment thanks to Queenstown Lakes District Council.

With cartoon spirit and imagination, Margaret O’Hanlon has created and brought to life a heart-warming and magical story that will delight and entertain both adults and children alike. With an all local cast, stunning choreography by Anna Stuart, popular songs and traditional carols, “Not A Creature Was Stirring’ is the perfect holiday show for the whole family.

Featuring some of the most promising bright young singing, acting and dancing stars from the Wakatipu area including performances by:
- Queenstown Gymnastics Club
- Silk and Circus
- Wakatipu Conservatoire of Classical Ballet
- Dance Evolution Studio (DEVOS)
- The Remarkable Men’s Ballet

Buy one/gift one:
Christmas Show will also provide to the customer, a means to support our local community groups with the opportunity to ‘buy one and gift one’ ticket for the Christmas Show, this enables families who otherwise might not be able to afford a ticket for the show, the chance to come along and enjoy the joy the show brings!
We had an outstanding response last year and were able to fulfil the requests from Salvation Army, Big Buddy, Happiness House and in Wanaka with Community Networks.

Fundraising for salvation army new venue’s play equipment
Salvation Army’s Community & Social Wellbeing Hub recently opened! - this facility is designated to serve our region by providing a space to collaborate with other local social services and to support the growing needs of clients for generations to come.
With some very useful contributions to enable the build of the new premises, the new hub also requires play toys that are interesting and fun for the children to enjoy in the whanau spaces.
The team at Salvation Army have provided us with their wish list for stimulating, colourful, durable and hard wearing structures for busy exploration and sensory experiences.
