What to expect
Stretch out and relax
We supply stunning organic yoga mats, organic meditation cushions and lux Wallace Cotton blankets for you to snuggle under or rest on. As we start our event, close your eyes as we use immersive music to ready you for your Release & Reset Energy Experience.
Crystal healing
Crystals are chosen specifically for you, placed on and around you as you rest.
Reiki
Drift into a soul nourishing Reiki and intuitive healing session. Two reiki masters are on hand to work on your entire chakra centre and focus on any chakras that may need a little extra love.
Sound healing
Using pitch perfect singing bowls, you'll experience the incredible surround sound and resonance of bowls being played in harmony. It's truly incredible!
Refreshments
Time for you to enjoy the stillness and energy of your crystal infused surroundings; and more time to talk with Ash about your healing journey.
