The 20 August show will feature Rob Joass and Kim Bonnington, The Sean O’Connor Band, Alan Downes, Billy Lyrical and Nycki Proctor.
Rob Joass and Kim Bonnington - Respected singer/songwriter with numerous NZ Music Award nominations. “Rob Joass is one of the finest singer/songwriters you’ll ever hear. Honest, clever, humorous and real” Phil Taylor, East FM. Joined by the amazing Kim Bonnington on backing vocals for this show.
The Sean O’Connor Band - Too-eclectic-to-pigeon-hole mostly folk-rock-Celtic with Latin-Reggae-rock-pop flavours provided by a skilled band with dynamic orchestrations fleshing out quality songs sung well with good harmonies. Songs that take you from darkness to light through the depths and the heights.
Alan Downes - Alan Downes’ songs are (mostly) true tales of people and places told with careful observation, a good dollop of humour and a little nostalgia.
Nycki Proctor - My original songs speak from my heart and put music to the stories of my life. My singing journey has taken me from busker to backing vocalist to musical theatre, and now to here: a singer-songwriter sharing the real me.
