Pick up your friends, whānau, or neighbours that find access a challenge and come along for a relaxing drive through the stunning spring flowers at the Botanic Garden ki Paekākā. We're excited to share this delightful experience with our community.

Drive along a one-way route past the Display Garden, looking out at the array of colourful blooms. Please stay within your vehicle for the self-drive tour, allowing all visitors to enjoy the space.
Your entry point is through the main gates on Glenmore Street. Navigate the designated path to see the Display Garden adorned with spring flowers. Upon completing the journey, exit through the West Gate to return to Glenmore Street. Please do not turn your vehicle around within the gardens, you are welcome to come back through as many times as you like following the same one-way route.

This event requires registration as we do have capacity limits to ensure a smooth and safe experience for everyone involved. It is running by hourly time slots. You are welcome to come anytime within the first 45 minutes of your slot and go around as many times as you like within your hour.

Guidelines for a Safe and Enjoyable Tour:
Maintain a maximum speed of 10km/hr while within the garden premises. Reduce speed even further when pedestrians are on the pathway; they have the right of way.
Keep in mind the presence of children in the garden—exercise extra caution, as unexpected moments may arise.
Always stay in your vehicle.
Follow the sign-posted route and do not turn around within the garden premises.
