Volunteer Taupo Community Carnival

Just a few short hours following the parade and before the Trolley Derby starts the fun continues in Riverside Park with the Volunteer Taupo Community Carnival. The event starts at 1pm - 5pm, in the Riverside Park Reserve to the right of Active Arts and next to the Amphitheater. The park will be taken over with color and festivities suitable for all ages.

There will be plenty of food on offer to fill hungry tummies - serving a variety of hot, cold and sweet.

Games for the kids and of course the entertainment of watching the Trolley Derby when the races are on!

We will be running over the whole trolley derby event, so you can pop over to see live races, then come back to the carnival for more thrilling fun before the next race starts.

Entry for both events is free, so don't miss out and mark this epic day in your calendar now!
