Boxing Intro Training Session In Grey Lynn

Our intro to boxing sessions are for beginners looking to try out combat sports in a safe, fun, community environment.

The session will involve a fun warm up, some real boxing technical drilling and even some higher paced pad-work on the focus mitts. We will have multiple coaches and experienced members present to assist you.

You will need.. training clothes, a water bottle, a sweat towel and training shoes. If you own gloves and wraps then bring them in otherwise we will provide for you.

Parking near the road in the carpark otherwise on street parking. Our gym is located near the back, down the driveway. Look for the red door and listen for the music.
