Welcome to Breathe Yoga Classes. It is a pleasure to share with you more about these classes, as they are rather special in the yoga world in both their gentleness, the practicality as well as the simple but profound learning method.

Breathe Yoga Classes are taught in three parts:

Move
Firstly, we will enjoy some gentle stretching and lovely yoga postures. These poses are comfortable and simple, and yet they really help you to release tightness, improve balance and strengthen your core, bringing you into greater ease of movement and awareness of your own body and its needs.

Breathe
Following our yoga movement, we will explore our breathing, enhancing our natural breathing patterns and awareness while learning gentle, safe ways of breathing and tips for using the breath to calm and balance us. All the breathing methods and tools are scientific, loving and effective and can be practiced anytime you need throughout your day and night.

Rest
Our body and breathing will then be in a relaxed and open state to take you into a deeper rest. This time is for you to enjoy mindfulness and awareness in whatever way is right for you and involves guided relaxation as well as enjoying nurturing yourself in the peaceful environment.

You are in for a treat as you get to know yourself and learn what makes you happy and well!

Please contact Christinaseva for booking details and further information will be sent to you. Your questions as always are most welcome.
