Come and join us for a hands-on, behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to nurture and protect our local nature reserves!

As regular volunteers led by expert ecologists, we’re dedicated to preserving this special reserve and making a positive impact on the environment. Our regeneration work contributes to climate resilience and mitigation by capturing carbon, reducing flood risk, and nurturing biodiverse life above land and below water. Join us for hands-on climate action!

Did you know that spending time in nature has proven to increase wellbeing? Studies have shown that being in nature, and especially being active or getting your hands dirty can massively reduce stress and anxiety, improve overall health and brain function, and lead to increased happiness! These happy health effects can be significantly amplified when the experience is also sociable, so tell your friends to come along, or make new friends with our group of regular local volunteers!

Corporate or Group Volunteering: If you are an Organisation looking to volunteer with your team, please explore our Corporate Volunteering options instead of joining this community volunteering day. We offer private hosting for your group, allowing you to tailor the experience to your needs. Select a day that suits you and embark on a meaningful team-building experience while making a positive impact on the community.

Cost: Free
