Francophone Film Festival 2024 - L'Année du requin

Alliance Française Palmerston North is proud to introduce the 2024 Edition of the Francophone Film Festival in celebration of French Language and Francophonie Week in New Zealand.

The comedy L'Année du requin (Year of the Shark) will be screened on Sunday 10 March, Monday 11 March, Tuesday 12 March at 6 pm and Wednesday 13 March at 8 pm at The Globe Theatre, 312 Main St, Palmerston North.

The screening of this comedy is a NZ PREMIERE.

The disappearance of a vacationer puts the Atlantic Coast on high alert: a shark is prowling in the French waters! Maja, a coast guard on the verge of retirement, goes on her last mission to save the bay….
