Join The M Practice as we explore self-love, mindfulness, and dance in the beautiful surroundings of Kawai Purapura Retreat! Celebrate the most important relationship of all this Valentine's Day— the one you have with yourself.
In this practice, we'll embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment through mindfulness, movement, music and dance. You'll have the opportunity to:
- Explore the concept of self-love and its transformative potential.
- Cultivate mindfulness through guided meditation and mindful movement exercises.
- Express yourself authentically through expressive dance & improvisation.
- Connect with like-minded individuals in a safe and supportive space.
The class will be accompanied by a curated playlist featuring songs that celebrate the theme of self-love and empowerment, uplifting your spirits and inspiring your mindful movement.
This is a free event but please RSVP to this event if you are joining. It is open to all levels, ages, and backgrounds. You can bring your own yoga mat, blanket and journal if you wish. It will be held in the Shanti Venue at Kawai Purapura. Come as you are, and let's dance our way to greater self-love and mindfulness together.
