Our sacred grief workshop today is back in Orewa, a place of nature so dear to me and deeply grounding and supportive.
We can allow depth and light, tears and play, stories and words that have remained unspoken for too long.
Bringing in deep love and clarity to hold space for healing, release and growing our access to receiving love.
A gentle but extremely effective day of reflective exercises, sharing, communication and discovery of your relationship with grief and releasing subconscious programing.
An intuition based course this includes practical exercises as well as of reaching into your gifts, and is supported by Rael's mediumship, healing and clairvoyance channels. Additionally the Just Do You tools support regulating your nervous system and moving out of brain chatter to authentic realisations.

$250 for 1 day - Includes worksheets and Journal selection.
The format is easy, interactive and deeply effective for all levels.
I will combine meditation, intuitive conversation & effective emotional and intuition exercises & techniques in a relaxed, workshop style while I do attunements in the background with your guides. We will be leaning and practicing reframes and empowerment techniques throughout the day.
As well as messages during our day, we have the added benefit of being with a group of like-minded people. Conversation will be interesting and open, with an understanding we are working with this sacred topic so will also be deep, healing we expect safe and respectful boundaries in holding space for eachother.
Bring your lunch to eat together. Water, tea & coffee will be provided.
If you like meditating on the ground (or grass weather permitting) please bring your own yoga mat/floor cushions as we will do opening and closing meditative exercise.
