Nature, in all its many forms, has long provided sources of inspiration for poets and composers alike.
In Auckland Clef Music Club’s March concert, our performers will present a wide range of such nature-inspired collaborations.
Clef Club Performers are:

Richard Phillips – tenor
Richard was for many years a Performing Member of our Club, before leaving New Zealand to reside in the UK. We are pleased to welcome him back for this special appearance.
Our Concert will, as usual, conclude with a generous supper - all included in the $20 ticket-price.
Clef Club’s concerts are held at the Fickling Centre venue, occurring from February through to November - normally on the third Tuesday of the month, although a few of our later concerts this year will be on Thursdays (Check our monthly notices on Eventfinda).
For those keen on hearing mainly classical vocal and instrumental music on a regular basis and at reasonable cost, this is the place for you!
All newcomers are welcome, either as members, or on a casual basis. You can join either as an Associate (audience) member, or with a view to performing in our concerts.
New singers and instrumentalists are especially welcome to augment our pool of Performing Members and we’re also keen to attract potential pianists who can provide supporting accompaniment to our singers and instrumentalists in their performances.
We’ve just commenced our 77th Season last month, so it’s an ideal time to come along and see what we’re about and, if you’re a performer, you can perhaps arrange a time to audition.
