An iconic food & beverage pop-up extravaganza that likes to make a lasting impression in the minds & bodies of all foodies & have you returning year after year.

We take pride in being a destination foodie festival for visitors to enjoy all day, with 220+ vendors including a large off-licence Liquor Zone, licenced Tuatara Bar & Stage, Kāpiti Kitchen Stage, free Kid's Zone, ZEAL Zone with buskers & circus acts. The ultimate foodie festival with something for everyone!

New extended hours 10am to 5pm, Outdoors Rain or Shine.

Tickets sold online: Opening soon, booking fees added at check-out. All tickets scanned at Gate Entry.

Merchandise: $3 Bags, $5 T-towels, $10 Aprons at Gate Entry & Info Hub Not Sold Online.

Park on-site or catch the train to Paraparaumu Station & board the free bus on the half hour for a short Ride to & from the Fair.

If you are local, walk or ride your bike or catch the train from Waikanae or Paekakariki and board the FREE bus. There are plenty of bollards and trees at Mazengarb Reserve to padlock your bike.

Relax in the licenced Tuatara Bar with a craft beer, wine, cider, or fabulous cocktails. Children are welcome with their parent or guardian.

Kāpiti Food Fair is a recipient of the Kāpiti Major Events Fund and is supported by numerous local businesses in-kind and reduced cost of services.

The Fair is a commercial event however we have a social agenda too. The Fair contracts services from Kāpiti Rotary Charitable Trust, No 49 Squadron Air Cadets, Paraparaumu College, and Work Ready Kāpiti to help run key logistics like pack-in/out, visitor parking and gate entry, the ATM and waste minimisation. In 2024 we will work towards diverting 95% of waste from landfill.
