Want an excuse to get out into nature and enjoy some peace and tranquility?
Photography therapy is a combination of breathing techniques, photography tutorials, Q+A, and guided walks, all while immersing yourself in nature and connecting to the world through the eye of a lens.
Following my studies and career in psychology, meditation, and photography, I've decided to combine them together to create photography therapy. This is a great chance to detach from the rat race and regenerate after a stressful week.
Spaces are limited to 10 people so please get in touch to book a spot.
The cost of this workshop is $40pp.
Attendees must bring their own camera or alternatively using a phone on airplane mode is ok. The most important thing is to show up and give yourself the chance to detach from the world and enjoy yourself.
