The Polynator Kaiways Project (PK) by Pacific Vision Aotearoa (PVA) is a Kaitiakitanga initiative dedicated to creating pollinator-friendly spaces in Aotearoa's urban areas. PK focuses on spray-free environments that offer food, water, and shelter for our essential pollinators. By reimagining and connecting fencelines and empty spaces of schools, churches, and community centers etc. PK aims to support these amazing pollinators that play a vital role in our ecosystem.
Additionally, the small home gardens interspersed within the 'Kaiways' further benefit the pollinators on their journey. PVA shines a spotlight on these quiet workers, emphasizing the importance of caring for all creation and fostering a harmonious relationship between people and nature.
