But Reiki Level 1 is not just about learning techniques - it's also about your personal growth and self-care. As you explore the principles of Reiki and integrate them into your daily life, you will embark on a journey of self-awareness and self-healing, gaining insight into your own energy patterns and blockages. You will also learn how to create a sacred space for yourself and others, and how to cultivate mindfulness and intuition in your Reiki practice.
This course is suitable for anyone who is curious about energy healing, wants to enhance their well-being, or wishes to become a certified Reiki practitioner. No prior experience is necessary!
This is a 2 day course (Saturday and Sunday 10am to 4.30pm) that meets Reiki NZ standards which recommend 12 hours in person training for Reiki level 1. The cost is $350
