Join our transformational 4-day women’s retreat packed with self-discovery & spiritual healing tools:

- Daily ceremonial cacao awakens the senses, opens the heart and allows us to enter a deeper state of meditation. We combine this with pranayama (breathwork) to discover new stages of our healing journey.
Morning yoga asana will provide the body with mindful movement to allow the energy to move and emotions to be processed. Afternoon yoga nidra will give the mind a chance to rest & recharge.
Group coaching & dharma circles offer a supportive & empowering place for growth. While we do have overall topics specific to Soul Awakening, all circles vary by retreat groups, depending on the healing needed.
Finishing our retreat weekend with a fire ceremony allows us to feel a sense of completeness within our transformation of the weekend. A powerful way to make commitment to yourself.
