Three of Auckland's best in one evening!
Post-punk unit Swallow the Rat play Whammy Bar on the back of acclaimed 2nd album South Locust, and they come well and truly road tested having just returned from a US tour.
Dictaphone Blues take the stage once again with their infectious fuzz laden guitar pop. A rare performance from this Auckland supergroup following the release of last year's EP Greetings From Glen Eden.
Vor-stellen (featuring 3/4 of The Subliminals) is an experimental group that blends hypnotic guitars with motorik drums to create looped out open-ended soundscapes. There debut album Parallelograms (out on Flying Nun) was a highlight of late 2023.
