Hamilton Cossie Ukes are hosting a Ukulele Jamboree for any and all ukulele players and music lovers to come and join in.
We will be projecting the songs onto a big screen, for everyone to play and/or sing along to. Our program will include three 45-minute rounds of general group jams, with 30-minute open mic sessions between those for groups or individuals to perform their own items - a great time for a drink break. We may carry on with the open mics after our last general jam set, if anyone's keen.
We will have 8 mics set up and a mixer for instruments. Please bring your own cables and/or wireless hook-ups to connect to the mixer. Bass players may bring their own amps, if they wish. We will have one available on the day.
SONGBOOK - We are compiling a songbook for the general jams and will send that out to all who register interest in the event by email to jamboree@alset.co.nz
