I had reached rock bottom. I had been carrying around excess weight for years, compounded by having two babies. I didn't make time for effort for myself, my body and my own health. I felt that I needed help with the psychological blocks as well. In short, I felt terrible about myself and life in general.

I found her approachable, easy to talk to and her methods really work. Within 1 week of speaking to her, I had lost 2.3kg. My weight loss has since continued steadily, and I have lost 10.2kg within 7 weeks of our initial session together.
