Join us for a one-day community event that welcomes any budding artist to capture the Botanic Garden through an artist’s eye.

Meet at Begonia House at 10.30am for registration and briefing, with the competition starting at 11.00am and finishing at 2.00pm.

Entry is free with prizes for winners.
Four categories: 3-10 years, 11-16 years, Adult and Professional.
No fees or pre-booking required.

The concept is simple. Invite anyone interested in drawing, and provide a space for them to do this.
Judges - Sandra Morris and Hannah Schickedanz, 2023 and 2024 Wellington Botanic Garden Artist in Residence.
