This event if for anyone who is willing to step out of their comfort zone and into their deep physiology.
The workshop delves into the latest science and understanding of the WHM breathing technique, ice plunging and mindset. Together these make up the three pillars of the whm.
Participants will have the experience of a live guided WHM breathing bubble and an ice bath at 3' and under with a qualified whm certified instructor. Meditation and movement techniques to generate heat will also be explored.
The WHM may benefit those with anxiety/depression, autoimmune disorders, fatigue, exercise recovery, sleep disturbances, general wellbeing, insulin sensitivity etc.
A relaxing sauna will be available after the workshop for anybody who would like to finish on a good sweat detox.
