The Smashing Pumpkins have just announced three New Zealand dates, including Wellington, Christchurch and Auckland. As an added big name bonus, Queens Of The Stone Age will be the support act for all three dates.
The Wellington date is 20 March at the TSB Arena, followed by Auckland at the Vector Arena on 22 March, and at Christchurch's Westpac Arena on 24 March.
The Pumpkins last toured New Zealand in 1996, but Billy Corgan performed a solo show at the St James in Auckland in 2005.
The Queens of the Stone Age, fronted by Josh Homme, performed in New Zealand in 2003 at the Big Day Out. Their last album was 2007's critically acclaimed Eva Vulgaris.
Tickets will go on sale February 11. Mark your calendars, book your flights, and don't miss out!
