Due to an overwhelming demand for tickets, 35,000 new seats go on sale Monday 14 April.
It is now just over six weeks until Priscilla Queen of the Desert: The Musical opens in Auckland at the Civic Theatre. With the May 27th opening night looming and an increasing demand for tickets, a further 35,000 tickets will go on sale on Monday 14 April.
The outstanding 30 member cast includes Tony Sheldon (The Producers) as Bernadette, Jeremy Stanford (Buddy, Certified Male, High Society) as Mitzi and Daniel Scott (Dusty) as Felicia. They are joined by Collette Mann (Urinetown, Mum’s the Word) as Shirley and Bill Hunter (from the original movie, Gallipoli and Muriel’s Wedding) as Bob the Mechanic.
