Katy Perry has announced Australian tour dates as part of her Prismatic World Tour.
The is no confirmation of any New Zealand dates yet, though the promoter says Auckland shows "are being scheduled", with details to be announced later.
There is no denying her popularity, here and in the States, with Perry being the first female artist to have five number one singles from one album on the Billboard Hot 100. Michael Jackson is the only other artist to achieve this.

International superstar, Katy Perry, is bringing The Prismatic World Tour to Australia this November 2014. Presented by Telstra Thanks and Dainty Group, the tour is in support of Katy’s smash hit album PRISM, which debuted at number one in Australia and has since been certified Triple Platinum. The album has given Katy her biggest ever single in Australia with “Roar” currently certified 9 x Platinum.
