City Art is a conservation framing workshop and gallery offering a range of museum-standard picture framing and art care services to artists, art collectors, museums and galleries.

In operation since 1989 we have established a reputation for providing practical solutions for the framing, display, installation, transportation or long term storage of works of art and artefacts. Our products include custom-made and replica frames, archival Solander storage boxes, artists’ stretchers and purpose-built crates. We use the highest quality archival materials and conservation framing procedures to ensure that your artwork is protected and displayed to the best advantage and to the highest safety standards.

The City Art gallery is an exhibition space representing a range of new works from leading artists from New Zealand and overseas.
