Head chef Kaai Silbery is an award-winning kitchen whizz with over 20 years experience in the food industry. Kaai teams up with local bee keepers Mana Cracknell and Michele Andersen to create a fresh, innovative product that shines in her kitchen.

Our Mission
Chatham Islands - keeping the bees free from Varroa destructor mite. Go Wild Ltd and Amaia's queen bees breeding program share common interests in protecting the Islands future bee population "one plate at a time".
