Herne Bay Petanque Club

Our friendly, active club has a large world-class petanque terrain (20 pistes) in a beautiful garden setting. We play socially and competitively. New members are always welcome - we have boules for you to borrow. Check our website for information on club days.

Location: The clubhouse and terrain are located within Salisbury Reserve. Access is via the Salisbury Reserve footpath which runs from the end of Salisbury St through to Argyle St. Either park in Salisbury St and follow the footpath from the end of Salisbury St or park in Argyle St and follow the Salisbury Reserve footpath next to the driveway of 26 Argyle St.

Venue hire: The hall (capacity of 100) is available for hire. There are full kitchen and barbecue facilities. Suitable for social, community and corporate team-building events with pétanque equipment provided if required. For booking details see our website: www.hernebaypetanque.nz
