Our main entrance is open daily with someone to greet you and offer you a drink.

Sadly the historic part of our cathedral is currently closed awaiting earthquake strengthening - and fund-raising. We hope to re-open in 2019.

We are still operating as Taranaki cathedral, our visitor centre and office are open on weekdays

SERVICES
We meet as usual every Sunday in the St Mary's Peace Hall, which is across the road from the cathedral.
Join us any Sunday at our Interim Cathedral 8am or 10am.
There are children and young people's groups who meeting during our 10am, every Sunday throughout the year. The last Sunday of each month is our Family service.

Midweek services and daily prayer are held in the Chapel of the Upper Room, upstairs in the Hatherly Hall, with level access from the rear.
Bishop's Eucharist: Tuesdays 7am
Book of Common Prayer Eucharist: Wednesdays 10am
Short prayer services at 8.30am, noon and 2.45pm Mon-Fri and 8.30am Saturday

Our popular Community Cafe is open from 7.30-10am almost every Tuesday (closed the week after Easter & Christmas). Delicious crepes, toast, porridge and hot or cold drinks for only $1 an item, with all funds raised for charitable causes.
