The Landing, located at the heart of Wigram Skies, will provide a convenient, modern and thoughtfully designed retail and mixed use space for Wigram Skies residents and greater south west Christchurch. The Landing masterplan envisages accessible retail stores, first floor offices and community services based around a High Street style environment with an architecturally designed town square at its centre.
With the modern New World supermarket anchoring Stage 1 of the development we have a broad range of stores to fill the surrounding retail space.
Built around an architecturally designed Town Square, this landscaped area will encourage visitors to take time out, relax and appreciate their surroundings. Restaurants and cafés will spill out into this common area creating a pedestrian-friendly, piazza-like environment.
